- Admission gates to the fair open daily 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Monday, September 27th - Free admission to grounds for senior citizens showing Medicare card or other proof of age 65 - MONDAY ONLY
- All carry ons will be subject to inspection.
- Some livestock animals are not required to be in barns until 8 p.m. Sunday
- Agricultural, arts & crafts, educational, horticultural and industrial exhibition buildings open daily 9 am to 10 p.m.
- Poultry & Rabbit Exhibit Building open daily at 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Grandstand gates open approximately 1 hour before each event.
- Fairgrounds located off exit 232 of I-80 (formerly Exit 34)
- No unauthorized dogs allowed on Fairgrounds
- High School Students admitted free of charge Tuesday, September 28th & Friday, October 1st
- Gate Admission: $5.00
- Children 12 and under admitted free every day
- Parking for over 20,000 cars - $5.00
- Exhibits-Farm & Garden Food/Arts & Crafts/Hobbies/Needlework/Livestock/Poultry/Rabbits/4-H/FFA/Flowers/School Exhibits/Restored Farm House/ “Our Living Past” exhibit located adjacent to Restored Farmhouse & Schoolhouse
- Free tram or bus service to and from parking lot and admission gate.
- There are two First Aid stations, one near the Leonard Street Gate, and the other at the west end of the Grandstand in the Racing Secretary’s office. Both locations are open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight.
- The Lost Child Center is at the side of the Horticulture Building.
- Farm Museum open daily, 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- One Room School House open daily, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Display of WWII memorabilia and visits with veterans in Education Building.
- Grandstand ticket office will be open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily
