KELLIE PICKLER REFUND POLICY    Refunds will be available to all purchasers. Tickets may be exchanged immediately toward another performance. Credit will be given for the face value of the Kellie Pickler ticket. No partial refunds allowed. Tickets must be returned for refund or exchange. Credit Card purchasers will receive a credit for the purchase amount on their account number that the charge was made. All other refunds will be made by check from the Bloomsburg Fair for the amount of the refund. No checks will be issued until September 30, 2008.
